Dear All,
I hope you are doing great! It is hard for me to believe that I am in my last semester of college. I’ve loved my time at The University of Texas and I can’t believe I’m graduating this spring! I have learned so much, met my very best friends and had experiences of a lifetime. I’ve had some exciting opportunities through The University of Texas and I’ve seen the Lord work in some incredible ways.
Over the past four years, I have been involved in non-denominational Christian organization that has allowed me to mentor girls, develop leadership skills, and grow in my faith. Through and through, my heart has always longed for international missions, and the Lord has opened an unimaginable door. This is all to say that in October 2020 I will leave for a year’s worth of international mission’s work on the World Race!
The World Race is a program through Adventures in Missions that sends young adults on an 11-month, 11-country mission trip. My team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities around the world with the goal of bringing the Gospel and Jesus’ love around the world. Our ministry will be anything from preaching, planting churches, working in orphanages, ministering to women and children trapped in prostitution because of human trafficking, and bring hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations. For me and my team specifically, our mission field will be Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The World Race is an act of obedience and exciting decision, but surely I cannot do this on my own. To chase my dreams and pursue relationships with people around the world, telling them about the greatest love story of all, I need to raise support. The greatest support I could ever receive is that of prayer. Would you consider walking alongside me through this next season in prayer that my team and I would have open minds and be willing to step out of our comfort zone to bring light to some of the darkest parts of the world? It is our desire to be nothing more than the hands and feet of Jesus to every person we encounter.

For the people we will encounter. That we can use our stories to make connections and form awesome, lasting relationships!

Over the number $17,700. That is the amount I need in order to partake in this, and the last thing I would want to get in the way would be money!
